                Whereas
                1) after you have visited this website or filled out forms, after we have received your requests for initial contact/questions or following surveys and market research or the start of a business relationship, our company must collect and process your personal data;
                2) for the purposes of clarity, we will use the following definitions given by European Regulation 2016/679:

                Personal data: any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (‘data subject’); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person;
                Processing: any operation or set of operations which is performed on personal data or on sets of personal data, whether or not by automated means, such as collection, recording, organisation, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction.
                This being said, pursuant to article 13 of European Regulation 2016/679,
                we inform you
                that the undersigned company will collect and process your personal data in accordance with the following:
                a) general purposes: the data will be processed to meet your requests/questions, to properly meet bureaucratic, accounting, tax, commercial and technical requirements and to carry out company activities required by law and, in any case, in close connection with the relationship with you;
                b) promotional purposes – sending the newsletter: your data (not including sensitive data/special categories of data) may also be used, solely and exclusively with your free, option, specific and explicit consent, which you may revoke at any time, to send you our periodic newsletter by e-mail and/or post, containing information and updates on major news and events in the sector, etc. After having given your consent, you in any case have the right to object, at any time and at no expense, to the processing of your data for this purpose;
                c) methods: the data will be processed using both hard copy and electronic/IT/digital tools/supports in complete compliance with the rules of law and in accordance with the principles of lawfulness and integrity and in a way that protects your privacy;
                d) optional consent: the provision of your data is optional and not mandatory;
                e) consequences of non-consent: should you refuse to provide your data or object to all processing for the purposes in point a), it may be impossible to meet some of your requests; however, non-consent for the purposes in point b) shall not have any consequence on the advantages you may receive as a result of promotions or relationships;
                f) recipients or categories of recipients of the personal data: the data could be disclosed to third parties solely to meet legal or contractual obligations. In no case shall the data be disseminated;
                g) people authorized to process the data: the data shall be processed exclusively by a small number of the company’s administrative, marketing, data processing and commercial personnel specifically authorized for this purpose;
                h) automated decision-making processes (e.g., profiling): in no way are decision-making processes automated;
                i) rights of the data subject: you have all the rights established by European Regulation 2016/679, such as the right to request access to your personal data, have the data rectified and erased, restrict processing, object to processing and request data portability. You also have the right to file a complaint with the data protection authority;
                j) transfers to third parties: any transfers of personal data to third parties outside the European Union or to an international organization shall be based on an adequacy decision of the European Commission or, in the event of transfers under articles 46, 47 or 49.2 of the European regulation, based on the appropriate safeguards.
                k) data retention period: the data will be retained for the period of time strictly necessary to meet the data subject’s requests or in accordance with current regulations or any contractual clauses;
                l) controller: the data controller is Casalasco Società Agricola S.p.A., with registered office in Rivarolo del Re (CR), Strada Provinciale 32, represented by its pro tempore legal representative;
                m) data protection officer: the company’s data protection officer is Annachiara Grasselli, based at her office in Reggio Emilia, Via Piccard 16/G, tel. 0522/30.11.69, fax 0522/38.79.96: any requests for clarifications or information may be addressed to the data protection officer.
                This policy may be supplemented, verbally or in writing, with additional information and indications, to better meet any of your needs for information about privacy and to reflect changes in legislation.
